The System .
The Detectors are powered with built-in / anti-tamper 10 year Lithium batteries,
A choice of Smoke / multi & Heat Detection (not to confused with the lesser domestic units on the market)
Wirelessly Interlinked / Programmed only to recognize the units within its designated zone
The Detection can also be Wirelessly connected to a Portal (usually used on the larger projects)
The Portal has its own built-in GSM sim & built-in anti-tamper Lithium batteries
The system also has a Test / Location device connected to all Detection on the zone.
Due to the way the system is powered & Interlinked, this makes the installation extremely quick & with very little disruption to the tenants or the property.
How the system works
Just like any permanent Fire Detection System, Should one or more of the Detectors detect Fire / Smoke, it then sounds & sends a signal to all the other Detectors on its zone, & if fitted, also to the Portal they are connected to
The Portal will provide Real-Time Connection / Information to the monitoring Service, which in turn will then contact the appropriate services
on one of our systems, Should any of the Detectors be removed the Portal recognises this & again informs monitoring Service, which in turn will then contact the appropriate services
If the system does sound, any RP on site can also use the Test / Location device on the zone to determine which device has set off the system
Should any RP on site wish to carry out a basic test, this is easily done by simply using the Test / Location device
(the tenants & the monitoring Service should be informed before doing so)
